  • Come prepared to analyse issues and to map solutions so you know which way you will move to improve staff performance. We present practical and effective strategies for moving forward.

What Will You Cover

  • Managing performance - we answer the question : Why don't people do what they know they are supposed to do? (And of course there are many reasons).
  • Prioritising time and tasks - knowing when enough is enough. Do they see the big picture? Do they have a good sense of where their work fits in the organisation as a whole?
  • Understanding work style - does this person work well in your workplace culture? If there is a mis-match you may need to address it.
  • Are there inner issues, such as stress for example? Do they understand where it comes from, what effect it has, and how to handle it?
  • How is the workplace organised? We consider the physical arrangements to see whether these are conducive to effective outputs, and if they are not, what can be done to bring about improvements.

We will focus the practical exercises of this workshop around real case studies from Asia and International work places.
